Refund&return policy

A 7-day return policy applies. In this case, you can request a return within 7 days after receiving the product.

In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be the same as when it was received, not worn or used, labeled, and packed in its original packaging. We also need receipts or evidence of purchase.


If you accept the return, we will send you the return shipping label, as well as the shipping method for the packaging and the instructions for the recipient's steps. Goods returned before requesting a return are not accepted.

 

Damage and issues
Please confirm the product upon receipt of the order. If the product is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible. I will evaluate the problem and handle it properly.

 

Exceptional/non returnable items
Specific types of goods such as fresh produce (food, flowers, plants, etc.), customized products (special orders, personalized products, etc.), and hygiene daily necessities (beauty products, etc.) cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns of hazardous substances, flammable liquids, and gases. If you have any questions about a specific product, please consult.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns for discounted items and gift cards.
